




This project showcases a digital marketing and campaign initiative focused on talent acquisition for IX Telecom, a global service provider. The campaign utilized a series of visually engaging posters designed to attract quality talent, from seasoned professionals to undergraduates, emphasizing IX Telecom's unique work culture and comprehensive benefits.
As the Creative Lead, I strategized these materials around three core pillars to serve as the main attraction for potential talent:
1. "More Than a Workplace. Experience the IX Telecom Difference." This creative highlighted the company's strong values, including Shared Values, Open Communication, Respect & Trust, Collaboration, Innovation, and Psychological Safety, to build a positive employer brand.
2. "Your Well-being Matters. Discover IX Telecom's Perks!" This focused on comprehensive employee benefits such as hospitalization insurance, generous paid time off, secure retirement plans, a vibrant work environment, and development & training opportunities.
3. "Dream Big, Go Global. Your Journey Starts at IX Telecom." This element underscored IX Telecom's global footprint, international presence, and opportunities for travel and shaping the future through cutting-edge tech solutions.
A core aspect of this ongoing campaign is the focus on nurturing emerging talent, particularly through the "intern-to-hire" program, offering undergraduates a direct path from internship to full-time employment. To facilitate a seamless and efficient application process, each poster prominently featured a QR code for faster CV drops or direct access to application forms. This strategic integration of digital engagement tools and compelling brand messaging ensured we effectively reached and attracted high-quality candidates, demonstrating my ability to craft targeted digital marketing assets that attract talent and effectively communicate an organization's value proposition.
